Crown customers may renew a pawn loan online using Zelle. Submit your pawn ticket information below and we will verify the amount due before payment. To redeem your merchandise, please visit Crown in person.
Look for “Original Loan No.” on your pawn ticket, as shown in the sample. If you don’t know your ticket number, enter “Unknown” and describe your item in Message / Notes so Crown can help locate your loan. Do not enter the sample number.
Submitting this form does not complete your renewal. Crown Pawnbrokers will verify your pawn ticket and payment amount before the renewal is completed. Merchandise redemption must be handled in person.*
If Crown has already confirmed your renewal amount due, use the Zelle payment instructions provided directly by Crown. Include your pawn ticket number in the Zelle memo so we can apply the payment correctly.
Merchandise redemption must be completed in person at Crown Pawnbrokers. Please bring the required identification. Crown can provide a Zelle QR code in person for payment.
